Biography
Dr. Koteen holds a B.S. in Broadcasting and Advertising from Syracuse University, an M.S. from University of Hartford and a PhD from Saybrook University. She has worked extensively in advertising and promotion, including television stations and PR agencies in New York, NY and Sacramento, CA. She served as a free-lance writer for CBS Advertising and Promotion for approximately 10 years. Since receiving her PhD in Organizational Systems, Dr. Koteen has consulted with a variety of profit and non-profit organizations in Connecticut.
