Nick Aconfora is a Manager with ESPN Next, the company's leadership development program. A Connecticut native, Nick began his career at ESPN in 2015 as a Production Assistant. During his time producing content, he worked with College Football and Basketball, SportsCenter, Outside the Lines, and E:60. In 2019, he was awarded a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Sports News/Feature Anthology for his work with E:60 and a Peabody for his work with Outside the Lines. Nick graduated from Eastern CT State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, and received his Master's degree in Strategic Communication from CCSU in 2021. Nick is passionate about mentoring, personal branding, building relationships, and finding ways to make every person he works with develop into their best authentic self.
